Clackamas County intends to amend its

Clackamas County intends to amend its 2012-2016 Consolidated Plan in the following manner: Program Year 2015-2016 (2015 Action Plan) The 2015 Lola Street Improvements – Phase 2 project in Molalla to construct an estimated 700 lineal feet of sidewalk and curb along Lola Avenue to improve pedestrian safety and drainage is cancelled. The City of Molalla has requested the $180,000 of CDBG funds be re-programmed to a new project in Molalla. The new 2015 project is the Fenton Avenue Reconstruction Phase 1. CDBG funds will be used to design and construct street, pedestrian and drainage improvements along approximately 600 feet of Fenton Avenue from the Heintz Street intersection to the property at 158 Fenton Street. The Project with an estimated total project cost of $400,000 will be completed in partnership with the City of Molalla. The $180,000 of CDBG reprogrammed funds allocated for this new project will have no impact on any project currently planned and budgeted in the 2015 program year.
