A complete set of RFQ documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Office, located at Newberry Hall, Room 117, 2600 NW College Way, Bend, OR 97703 or by emailing: The deadline for submitting a quote is: October 20, 2017, at 2 pm. Quotes may be submitted by email, mail, or dropped in person at the address listed above. DO NOT FAX QUOTES. The outside of the envelope or box containing the quote shall include the BID NUMBER, BID TITLE, and Bidders name. REQUIRED ONSITE MEETING: 2pm, Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at Cascades Hall, 2600 NW College Way, Bend, OR 97703. All Quotes submitted shall contain a statement as to whether the Bidder is a resident or non-resident Bidder, as defined in ORS279.A.120.
