CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE FILE NO.: PUD-005-17 QUATAMA PARK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Hillsboro Planning Commission, at or shortly after 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, in the Shirley Huffman Auditorium of the Civic Center, 150 E Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon. At this hearing, the Commission will consider a request for preliminary plat and concept plan approval for a 44-lot Planned Unit Development (PUD) on one (1) property approximately 11.33 acres in size. The newly created lots would consist of 43 detached single family homes and an apartment complex. The proposed apartment complex would be located on Lot 44 of the proposed development and includes six (6) three-story buildings, each containing 12 units for a total of 72 units. The applicant is also requesting a Major Adjustment to the maximum density standards of the SCR-MD Station Community Residential – Medium Density zone. Site improvements include associated parking, landscaping, and utility improvements. The property owner is Northern Valley Holding, LLC and the applicant is Mark Dane, Mark Dane Planning. The subject property can be specifically identified as Tax Lot 600 on Washington County Assessor’s Tax Map 1N2-35DB and is generally located north of Quatama Road, south of the Westside Lightrail Line, east of NE Cornelius Pass Road and west of NW Patricia Ann Place. The applicable criteria for this application are included in Section 12.80.120 of the Community Development Code (CDC). The applicable criteria for Major Adjustments are included in Section 12.80.156 of the CDC. The CDC may be viewed online at code or in the Planning Department office.
