The 10-lot subdivision is on approximately 3.35 acres. Lots will be developed with detached single-family homes. Proposed lot sizes range from 8,512 to 18,050 square feet. A new proposed public street will provide access from both SW 100th and SW 103rd. There is also one tract along SW 100th proposed as a stormwater detention facility. LOCATION: 14259 SW 100th Avenue; WCTM 2S111BB00600, 900, 1100 and a portion of 1000 0. ZONES: R-3.5: Low-Density Residential District.
