Notice of Public Hearing Exemption from the Competitive Bidding Requirement

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EXEMPTION FROM THE COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUIREMENT Portland Public School District No.1J, Multnomah County, (District) has scheduled a public hearing at 6:00 PM on November 28, 2017, at the Blanchard Education Service Center Board Room, 501 N. Dixon Street, Portland OR 97227. This public hearing is for the purpose of taking comments on the District’s draft Findings for an exemption from the Competitive Bidding Requirement for the following work: Middle School Conversion Project. The District intends to compete this work through Alternative Contracting Methods as per the District’s Public Contracting Rules PPS-49-0145.
