CITY OF BANKS PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be held by the City of Banks Planning Commission at or shortly after 7:00 PM on December 5, 2017, at the Banks Public Library – Jane Moore Community Room, 42461 NW Market Street, Banks, OR to consider the following request: Request: MOD 17-01. Master Plan Modification Application to Phase 9 of the Arbor Village Planned Unit Development, to modify the setback standards applicable to certain lots of the Site.
