METRO OREGON ZOO ADMINISTRATION BUILDING ROOF & MECHANICAL SYSTEM Bids due: December 19, 2017 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 3425 Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby inviting sealed bids for Administration Building Roof & Mechanical Replacement for the Oregon Zoo. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., December 19, 2017 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3425. Bids will be opened publicly at that time. Project consists of removal of existing built up roof system and metal panel roof system down to wood deck; installation of new modified bitumen and new standing seam metal roof systems; replacement of mechanical equipment and associated raised curbs, replacement of sheet metal flashing and sheet wall metal; installation of roof anchors, structural upgrades, roof ladders. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on November 30th, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Oregon Zoo, located at 4001 SW Canyon Rd. Portland, OR 97221, in the Cascade Crest Building – Upper Lobby Entrance. Admission to the Zoo is not required. Please check in with Reception at the far right of the entryway. Interested sub-contractors are also invited.
