NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Before the Gresham City Council Gresham Council Chambers — 1333 NW Eastman Parkway Gresham OR 97030 Tuesday, December 19, 2017, 3:00 PM Applicant: City of Gresham File#: DRD/MIS/FSP 17-26000049/AH-RE Nature of the Application: Type IV public hearing to reconsider the decision of the Hearings Officer on an application for the Blue Lake Corporate Park industrial development, specific to the interpretation that the City’s transportation standard applies to a non-city intersection. Site Location: Eastern Terminus of NE Riverside Parkway southwest of NE Interlachen Lane and west of NE Fairview Lake Way State ID#: 1N3E20 00100, 00999; 1N3E20DD 01200, 01300 Applicable Code Procedures: GCDC: Type IV Procedure – Section 11.0600; Public Hearings – Section 11.1000, Staff Interpetation – Section 11.0107, Classification of Applications by Procedure – Section 11.0203. ORS 197.830(13)(b). OAR 661.010.0021. Applicable Code Criteria: GCDC: Section 2.0003(I), Section A5.401. Testimony and evidence at the hearing must be directed toward the above criteria or other criteria a person believes apply to the decision. Failure to specify the criterion to which the testimony and evidence is directed may preclude appeal based on that criterion. Persons who would like to comment on this application may present verbal or written testimony at the hearing, or a letter may be submitted to the City Council prior to the hearing. If an issue is not raised at the hearing or in writing prior to or at the hearing, then an appeal of this application to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue is precluded. A copy of a report prepared by City staff on this application will be available seven days prior to the hearing. Copies of this information may be reviewed at no cost, and copies can be purchased at a reasonable cost. This information will also be posted on the City’s website. At the hearing the City will present their report followed by public testimony, limited to three minutes per person, in favor and against the proposal.
