CITY OF GRANTS PASS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES 725 NE 7TH STREET PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING RENOVATION Qualifications due: December 6, 2017 @ 4:00 pm REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROJECT NUMBER: LB 6328 Introduction: The City of Grants Pass (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design for the Public Safety Building Renovation, located at 725 N.E. 7th Street, Grants Pass, Oregon. The City has budgeted for upgrading this facility to become the main office of the Public Safety Department and 911 Call Center. This request for proposals is separate and different from any other request for proposals from the City. The total funds available for this project are $4.5 million. All design, construction and incidental costs must be included within this fixed budget. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the selection process will be conducted pursuant to the terms of this RFQ, 2015 Oregon Revised Statute 279C, and the 2015 Oregon Attorney General’s Model Rules for Consultant Selection, OAR Chapter 137, Division 48. No supplemental information to the 15-page Proposal will be allowed. Appended resumes of the proposed key individuals, along with a transmittal letter, table of contents, front and back covers, and blank section/numerical dividers, etc., will not be counted in the 15-page limit. The City may reject any submittal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject for good cause, all responses upon finding by the City that it is in the public interest to do so.
