NATURE OF APPLICATION / PROPOSED USE: A consolidated review of applications includes the annexation of approximately 100 acres of land into the City, with a Comprehensive Plan map amendment from Primary Agriculture (County) to Southwest Industrial Reserve (City); rezoning from Urban Transition (County) to Southwest Industrial Reserve (City); a Riparian Corridor and Wetlands Overlay permit and Southwest Industrial Reserve Master Plan approval. HEARINGS DATE/TIME: City Council meeting, to be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. LOCATION: Woodburn City Hall, Council Chambers-270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn DECISION-MAKER: Woodburn City Council APPLICABLE CRITERIA: Sections 2.01, 2.04, 2.05, 3.01, 3.02, 3.04, 4.01, 4.02, 5.01, and 5.04 of the WOODBURN DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE, as well as any applicable elements of the WOODBURN COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, as they relate to requests for Annexation, Rezoning, Comprehensive Plan Map Change, SWIR Master Plan review and Riparian Corridor and Wetland Overlay District approvals. INFORMATION: — A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by, or on behalf of, the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and will be provided at a reasonable cost upon request. — A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least 7 days prior to the hearing and will be provided at a reasonable cost upon request. — Any person wishing to speak either for or against this proposal may do so in person, or by an attorney at the public hearing. — Written comments either for or against this proposal may be filed with the Planning Director prior to the public hearing, or may be submitted into the record at the time of the public hearing. — Individuals needing special accommodations such as sign language, foreign language interpreters or equipment for the hearing impaired must request such services at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
