All interested contractors are advised to attend a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for 11:00 AM on December 5, 2017, at St. Paul High School, 20449 Main Street NE, St. Paul, Oregon 97137. This meeting will include a familiarization tour of the subject building. Construction costs for this project shall not exceed $1,126,770.00.
