Notice of Public Hearing Reynolds School District Local Contract Review Board December 13th, 2017, 7:00 pm PST, Fairview City Hall, Fairview, OR Reynolds School District Board, acting in the capacity as the District’s Local Contract Review Board, will conduct a public hearing to hear testimony on the adoption of an exemption from competitive bidding requirements for Reynolds School District’s seismic upgrade project to the Alder Elementary School gym. The meeting will be held at Fairview City Hall, 1300 NE Village St., Fairview, OR.
