NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING: On TUESDAY, February 13, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Beaverton Building, located at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon, the City Council of the City of Beaverton will consider an ordinance approving the following proposed amendments. CPA2017-0005/ZMA2017-004, 10835 SW CANYON ROAD LAND USE AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS. This proposal would amend the City Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and Zoning Map to apply City land use and zoning designations to one parcel and adjacent right of way that were recently annexed into the City of Beaverton. The property is addressed as 10835 SW Canyon Road, and is identified as Tax Lot 2000 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S110DD. The property is currently designated Washington County General Commercial. The proposal applies the city’s General Commercial (GC) zoning designation and Regional Commercial (RC) land use designation. Specific criteria for the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment are contained in Section 1.5.2 of the Comprehensive Plan.
