PORT OF PORTLAND ASSET INVESTMENT PLANNING (AIP) SOFTWARE Responses due: February 21, 2018 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOLICITATION NUMBER 2018-7726 Sealed solicitations for the provision of Asset Investment Planning (AIP) Software will be received electronically until the time indicated above. The Port of Portland (Port) is soliciting a Provider to supply and implement an Asset Investment Planning (AIP) solution that will provide the ability to manage physical assets by tracking the condition through their lifecycle and planning for replacement, including but not limited to the following: — Management of historical asset records (migrated from Excel spreadsheets); — Loading new asset records by importing data (e.g. asset inventory provided by a contractor); — Provide flexible integration capabilities to allow the AIP interface with other systems and vice; versa — Does not exclude future integration with facility information modeling systems (BIMs;) — Able to accept imported data extracted from external systems; and — Able to provide reports for capital investment planning, target FCI cost projections, and business case justification There is no pre-proposal conference scheduled.
