NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: DR2017-0148, CU2017-0012, SDM2017-0015 Five Oaks Middle School Renovations The applicant seeks Design Review Two, Minor Modification to a Conditional Use and Sidewalk Design Modification approval to remove all existing portable classrooms and construct new permanent additions with a total net increase in floor area of approximately 348 square feet. The site is located at 1600 NW 173rd Avenue. The site is also described as Tax Lots 500 on the Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1N13100. The total site is approximately 32.23 acres. The Beaverton Facilities Review Committee will hold a technical meeting with the applicant on the above development applications on February 14, 2018. The Facilities Review Committee will review the above application based on its conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Development Code. To be made a part of the record and addressed in the staff report, correspondence must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building/City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Community Development Director. Any decision on the above development applications shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Design Review Two: Beaverton Development Code Section, Minor Modification of a Conditional Use: Beaverton Development Code Section, Sidewalk Design Modification: Beaverton Development Code Section 40.58.15.C and Facilities Review: Beaverton Development Code Section 40.03. Pursuant to Section 50.45.18, within seven (7) calendar days from the date the decision making authority adopts a land use order, the Director shall cause the order to be signed, dated, and mailed to the applicant and the property owner.
