Notice of Application – Scholls Heights ES Replat

NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following application is being provided: Scholls Heights Elementary School Replat The applicant, Beaverton School District, seeks Replat – Type 2 approval to consolidate two (2) lots that currently form the Scholls Heights Elementary School campus into one single parcel. No other changes or development are proposed with this application. Plans for all applications are available for review at City Hall. The site is located at 16400 SW Loon Drive. The property is also identified on Washington County Assessor’s Map 2S105BB as Tax Lots 100 and 3800. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of Development Code of the Beaverton: 40.03 Facilities Review and Replat – Type 2. The Facilities Review Committee Meeting with the applicant will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2018. The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body but advises the Director on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Development Code of the City of Beaverton. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public, but is not intended for public testimony. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday, May 16, 2018, pursuant to Section 50.40.10.
