NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NEWBERG PLANNING COMMISSION The Newberg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E. Third Street, Newberg, OR, to evaluate the following new proposals: 1. Vacation Rental at 801 E Third St.: Consider a conditional use application to use an existing single family home as a short term vacation rental at 801 E Third Street. Applicant: Michael and Rachel Sherwood File: CUP18-0001 2. Vacation Rental at 114 Parkview Dr.: Consider a conditional use application to use an existing single family home as a short term vacation rental at 114 Parkview Drive. Applicant: Diane Wright File: CUP18-0002 3. Amendment to Springbrook Master Plan Development Agreement: Consider amendment of the Springbrook Master Plan Development Agreement in order to clarify how the Development Agreement works and to add certain substantive provisions to the Development Agreement. The approximate location of the Springbrook Master Plan area is 3113 Crestview Drive. Applicant: Pahlisch Homes, LLC. Any written testimony must be submitted to the Community Development Department office by noon on June 11, 2018. Written testimony received after this time will be read out loud at the hearing subject to time limits for speakers, and will be included in the record if there are further proceedings.
