NOTICE OF POTENTIAL ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY The City of Lake Oswego has received annexation petitions for two parcels which are located within the Urban Service Boundary of the City of Lake Oswego. The parcels are located at: 5785 Kimball Court (21E07BD00609) 5850 Bonita Road (21E07BD00500) The Lake Oswego City Council will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon to consider these annexation petitions and proposed ordinances, including the designation of zone(s) for the parcels. Annexations are adopted by ordinance. The title of the ordinances are: Ordinance 2777 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel consisting of 0.24 acres and the public right-of-way at 5785 Kimball Court; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 17-0012). Ordinance 2779 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel consisting of 0.58 acres at 5850 Bonita Road and the public right-of-way; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 18-0001). The Applicants are requesting annexation to obtain City services. In accordance with LOC 50.01.004.5, the City zoning designation of R-7.5 (7,500 square feet per unit) shall be applied to these properties. Permitted and conditional uses in these zones can be found in LOC 50.03.002.
