The property can also be identified as Tax Lot 200 of Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 2S1-06. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Planning Commission. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on approval criteria as contained in the Beaverton Development Code, Chapter 40: Section for Design Review 3, Section 40.03 for Facilities Review, and Section Director’s Interpretation. Failure to raise an issue in a hearing, by testifying in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. To be included as part of the Staff Report addressed to the Planning Commission, written comments must be received by Friday, June 29, 2018. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076.
