NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE LANDLORD’S LIEN (Pursuant to ORS 87.162-87.202) Notice is hereby given that: 1. Claim Of Landlord’s Lien 511 SW 10th, LLC (the Claimant), pursuant to the provisions of ORS 87.162 through 87.202, claims a landlord’s lien upon the personal property described in the attached Exhibit 1 to this notice (the Chattels) to secure payment of rent due Claimant. The Chattels are located at 511 SW 10th Ave., Ste. 400, Portland, Oregon 97205. 2. Name of Owner or Reputed Owner The actual or reputed owner of the Chattels is RCO Legal, P.S. (formerly known as Routh Crabtree Olsen, P.S., dba RCO Legal, P.C., also dba Routh Crabtree Olsen, P.C.) Amount Due on Lien The amount secured by the Claimant’s lien through May 14, 2018, is $212,336.90, together with costs and attorney fees. 4.
