Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal of (insert name of Contractor) Waterline Improvements 2018 Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on the June 21, 2018, 2018 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 26th day of June2018. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 5th day of July, 2018 with a completion date of no later than the 1st day of November, 2018. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held promptly at 2:00 pm on the 7thh day of June, 2018, at the City of Prineville City Hall to review key project elements and answer questions. The work contemplated generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the Water Main Upgrades as described in the provided construction drawings.
