NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF THE SALE DATE OF THE TRUSTEE’S SALE PURSUANT TO OREGON REVISED STATUTES CHAPTER 86.782 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foreclosure sale previously scheduled for January 24, 2018, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., at the Main Street Front Steps of the Clackamas County Courthouse, 807 Main Street, Oregon City, Oregon, will now be sold on June 27, 2018, at the same time and place, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following-described real property, situated in the County of Clackamas, State of Oregon, to wit: A parcel of land located in Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North-South one-quarter section line that is 636 feet North of the center of Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian; thence East 24.00 feet to a point; thence South 900 feet to a point of intersection with the Northwesterly boundary of County Road No. 332; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly boundary of said road to a point of intersection with the North boundary of the South one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of said Section 10; thence West along the North boundary of the South one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of said section 1320 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner thereof; thence South along the North-South one-quarter section line 684 feet to the point of beginning.
