NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following applications is being provided: South Cooper Mountain Heights Townhomes Modifications (ADJ2018-0003 / ADJ2018-0005 / DR2018-0067) The applicant requests approval of two Minor Adjustments for front and rear yard setbacks, and Design Review Two approval for exterior alterations to the approved but not constructed South Cooper Mountain Heights Townhomes, approved as Phase 4 of the South Cooper Mountain Heights PUD. The subject site is generally located at the northeast corner of SW Scholls Ferry Road and SW 175th Avenue. Tax Lot 100 of Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 2S1-06AC, and within the R2 (Residential Urban Medium Density) zoning district. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of the Development Code: 40.03 Facilities Review, Minor Adjustment, Design Review Two. A Facilities Review Committee meeting with the applicant will be held on July 11, 2018. The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body, but advises the Director on conformity to the technical criteria identified in Section 40.03 of the Beaverton Development Code. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public but is not the venue for receiving public testimony. Written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 pm Wednesday, July 11, 2018, in order to be addressed in the staff report. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Current Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday, July 25, 2018, pursuant to Section 50.40.10 of the Beaverton Development Code. Copies of the staff report and decision will be available for review at the Planning Division Counter, may be purchases at a reasonable cost, and will be available for online viewing on the City’s website at, Neighbors Southwest.
