CLACKAMAS COUNTY ESTACADA COMMUNITY CENTER RE-ROOF AND HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT Bids due: August 22, 2018 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID Clackamas County, through its Community Development Division 503.650.5664, Mark Sirois will receive sealed bids for the ESTACADA COMMUNITY CENTER RE-ROOF AND HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT until 2:00PM on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. No bids will be received or considered after that time. Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the bid closing time. A First Tier List for major subcontractors supplying labor and materials will be required for this project. Only those contactors at the mandatory walk-through will be allowed to submit a bid to Community Development Division The project consists of: Demolition and Re-Roof of existing flat roof, including main roof of approximately 6000 square feet and an entry canopy. Extension of existing roof parapet as required to install edge flashing. Installation of new scupper drains & modifications to downspouts. Replacement of (6) roof top HVAC units & curbs. This project is financed through the Community Development Block Grant Program with funds obtained from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Contract will be subject to regulations of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) and the federal Department of Labor (DOL) and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This construction contract subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 and the federal prevailing wage rate as required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C.276a). The Contractor shall commence no work under this contract until the Contractor and every subcontractor has a construction bond filed with the Construction Board in accordance with ORS 279C.830 and all other bonding and insurance requirements have been met and a Notice to Proceed has been issued.
