PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF MOLALLA The City of Molalla announces City Council positions vacant January, 2019. 3 Councilor positions – 4 Year Term Candidacy may be declared by any City resident who is a qualified elector (registered voter) and 12 month residency minimum. If you are interested, please pick up an elections filing packet between the hours of 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm after July 1, 2018 at: Molalla City Hall 117 N Molalla Ave., Molalla, Oregon (503) 829-6855 All candidates must submit the following to the Molalla City Hall by: Tuesday, August 28, 2018 by 4:00 P.M.: — Filing of Candidacy for Nonpartisan Nomination (SEL 101); and — Candidate’s Statement of Organization (SEL 220) — Petition for Nonpartisan Nomination Signature Sheet (SEL 121) — Filing cover sheet (SEL 338) The Elections Packet that the potential candidate will pick up at Molalla City Hall will have the State Elections book with information outlining procedures for filing, accepting donations and other requirements from the Molalla City Hall or Clackamas County Elections Office.
