Cornell Home Center Fee Ownership Partition

NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following application is being provided: Cornell Home Center Fee Ownership Partition (LD2018-0019) The applicant requests Preliminary Fee Ownership Partition approval to create three (3) parcels out of several existing lots. The intent of the partition is to allow for separate ownership of two existing structures on the site. No new development or additional modifications to the site are being proposed concurrently with this partition. The site is located north of NW Corridor Court and south of NW Sunset Highway at 17305 NW Corridor Court. The site is also identified as Lot 700 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1N130DC. The site is within the Community Service (CS) zoning district and within the Five Oaks/Triple Creek NAC. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Planning Director, which will review the proposal in accordance with the approval criteria contained in Development Code: Section 40.03 Facilities Review and Section 40.45.15.6.C Preliminary Fee Ownership Partition. The Facilities Review Committee Meeting with the applicant will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2018. The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body but advises the Director on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Development Code of the City of Beaverton. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public, but is not intended for public testimony. Written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2018, in order to be addressed in the staff report. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Current Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, the Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday, September 19, 2018, pursuant to Section 50.40.10.
