DI2017-0008 Castaway Beaverton Director’s Interpretation

NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: DI2017-0008 Castaway Beaverton Director’s Interpretation The applicant, Scott Edwards Architecture, has applied for a Director’s Interpretation to request an interpretation of the Development Code in writing to clarify a land use in the Community Service zoning district. The site is located at 15900 SW Regatta Lane, Tax Lot 01500 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S105BA. The site is within the Community Service (CS) zoning district and within the Five Oaks/Triple Creek Neighborhood Association Committee. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of the Beaverton Development Code: Director’s Interpretation applications do not require a Facilities Review Meeting. Written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in order to be addressed in the staff report. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Current Planning Division, Attn: Brianna Addotta, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, the Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday October 10, 2018 pursuant to Section 50.40.10.
