NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ROAD VACATION Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Court will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at its regular meeting which starts at 9 a.m. to consider withdrawal of County road status from a portion of Old Houston Lake Road and Broadwater Road that is entirely surrounded by and terminates within the boundaries of real property owned by Vitesse, LLC. The hearing will be held in the gymnasium of the Paulina School, 70050 SE Paulina Hwy, in Paulina, Oregon. The hearing is in response to a road vacation application filed with the Crook County Planning Department on or about April 20, 2018, by Vitesse, LLC. The hearing is held pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 368.326 through 368.426. Testimony may be presented at the hearing. Written testimony may be submitted to Crook County Administration at 300 NE Third St., Rm 10, Prineville, Oregon, 97754. Written testimony should be submitted 1 week in advance of the hearing to allow time for staff to make copies and to give the County Court an opportunity to review the materials before the hearing. Copies of all documents pertaining to this matter are available for inspection at no cost and copies will be provided at cost as established by the County’s fee schedule. A copy of the Crook County Road Master’s report pertaining to the withdrawal of County road status from a portion of Old Houston Lake Road and Broadwater Road will be available for inspection at least 20 days prior to the public hearing, and a copy will be provided at cost as established by the County’s fee schedule.
