CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE FILE NO.: ZC-004-18 THOMAS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Hillsboro Planning and Zoning Hearings Board, at or shortly after 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday October 17, 2018, in Conference Room C113B of the Hillsboro Civic Center, 150 E Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon. At this hearing, the Board will consider a request for a zone change on one property approximately 1.29 acres in size from MFR-1 Multi-Family Residential to MU-N Mixed Use – Neighborhood. The requested zone change is to bring the property into compliance with the underlying Comprehensive Plan designation, MU Mixed Use. The purpose of the zone change is to allow future development of the site. The subject property can be specifically identified as Tax Lot 1900 on Washington County Assessor’s Tax Map 1N2-36AB, and is generally located north of NE Walker Road, south of NW Okanogan Street, and east of NE 103rd Avenue The property owner is Marvin & Janiece Lamascus, and applicant is Shawn Thomas, Tanasbourne Veterinary Emergency. The applicable criteria for this application are included in Section 12.80.160 of the Community Development Code (CDC).
