Pre-Qualifications Required in classes of: Electrical and Mechanical SUMMARY: Multnomah County Justice Center is seeking bids for multiple Elevator and dumbwaiter modernizations. Pre-qualification applications must be received by, or postmarked to, Purchasing no later than 10 days prior to the bid closing date. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C 800-870, or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276(a) if applicable.
