Notice of Public Hearing Annexation: 105 Ben Brown Ln & 15198 & 15218 Stubb Rd (ANX 2017-05) On the special date and time of October 29, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing to hear annexation into city limits of the territory at 105 Ben Brown Lane (Primary Tax Lot 052W13 00100 with Additional Lot 051W18BC 04000) and 15198 & 15218 Stubb Road (Lots 052W13BD 00100 & 200), formerly the Smith family farm and to become the Smith Creek Development (ANX 2017-05). The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon. Any interested party may testify at the hearing(s) or submit written testimony on the proposal at or before the hearing(s). The City may accommodate Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access upon timely request. A summary of ANX 2017-05 will be available seven (7) days in advance of the Commission hearing date for viewing at the Community Development Department within City Hall.
