TO: DOES 1-30, of the above-named Defendants. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon PLAINTIFF’S ATTORNEY, H. Lee Cook, H. Lee Cook Law, LLC, 4207 SE Woodstock Blvd., Suite 423 Portland, OR 97206, an answer to the Complaint filed in the above-entitled Court, within 30 days after the date of the first publication of this summons, which is October 19, 2018. SUMMARY FOR RELIEF: GAIC posted Bond No. E121482 on or about November 3, 2016 and cancelled July 2, 2018 in the penal sum of $40,000 on behalf of New Generation Motorz, LLC. (New Generation), as principal, payable unto the State of Oregon as obligee (the Bond). The named defendants have asserted claims against the Bond posted by GAIC. Does 1 – 30 constitute unknown individuals who have or may have claims against the Bond (hereinafter referred to as claimants.). Claimants have or may have claims against GAIC which in the aggregate exceeds GAIC’s obligations as surety under the Bond. GAIC, therefore, hereby makes available under ORS 822.030, as limited by the same provision, subject to further order of this Court, the sum of $40,000, with credit for its costs and disbursements incurred herein, including service, publication, and filing fees. This net sum shall be for the payment to such claimants who may establish their claims and may be entitled proportionately to share in the aggregate net penal limit of the Bond.
