TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE A default has occurred under the terms of a Trust Deed made by Folsom Farms, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, Grantor, First American Title Company of Oregon, the original Trustee, and AMR Investment Group, LLC, Beneficiary, under that certain Trust Deed dated July 11, 2017 and recorded in the records of Clackamas County, Oregon on July 17, 2017 as Document No. 2017-048562 (Trust Deed 1); a Trust Deed made by Eagle Creek Enterprises, Inc., an Oregon corporation, Grantor, First American Title Company of Oregon, the original Trustee, and AMR Investment Group, LLC, Beneficiary, under that certain Trust Deed dated July 11, 2017 and recorded in the records of Clackamas County, Oregon on July 17, 2017 as Document No. 2017-048565 (Trust Deed 2); and a Trust Deed made by Phyllis G. Brinkley, First American Title Company of Oregon, the original Trustee, and AMR Investment Group, LLC, Beneficiary, under that certain Trust Deed dated July 11, 2017 and recorded in the records of Clackamas County, Oregon on July 17, 2017 as Document No. 2017-048567 (Trust Deed 3). The above-described Trust Deeds concern the following described real property regarding TRUST DEED 1: The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Clackamas, State of OR, and is described as follows: A tract of land in Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8, Township 3 South, Range 4 East, of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon, being a portion of the John B. Chile’s Donation Land Claim No. 44, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said claim; thence North 19deg.30′ West along the West line of the claim, 35.59 chains; thence East 13.00 chains to the Southwesterly corner of that tract of land conveyed to Lloyd A.
