NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL STAFFORD AREA THREE CITY INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT Hearing Date, Time, and Location Tuesday, December 4, 2018; 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers 380 A Avenue Lake Oswego, OR 97034 Nature of Hearing The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing at the above date, time and location to consider a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the cities of Lake Oswego, West Linn, and Tualatin regarding planning for the Stafford area urban reserve. Copies of the Council report and draft IGA will be available one week before the meeting on the City’s website and in the City Recorder’s Office. Time Limits on Testimony The purpose of time limits on testimony is to provide all interested persons with an adequate opportunity to present and respond to testimony while at the same time ensuring that the hearing can be conducted in an efficient and expeditious manner.
