NOTICE OF APPLICATION DR2018-0150 Arctic Drive Warehouse Expansion

NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: DR2018-0150 Arctic Drive Warehouse Expansion The applicant, Edge Development, has applied for a Type Two Design Review in order to add 12,383 square feet of office and warehouse space to an existing 57,247 square foot office and warehouse building. The site is located at 5825 SW Arctic Drive, Tax Lot 01500 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S114CD. The site is within the Office Industrial (OI) zoning district and within the Denney Whitford/Raleigh West Neighborhood Association Committee. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of the Beaverton Development Code: Facilities Review Section 40.03. and Design Review Two Section 40.20.15.2.C. Written comments on the development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in order to be addressed in the staff report. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Current Planning Division, Attn: Brianna Addotta, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, the Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday January 30, 2019 pursuant to Section 50.40.10.
