Amending Chapter 3.04, public contracting and declaring an emergency

PUBLIC NOTICE The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an ordinance entitled IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING CHAPTER 3.04 OF THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CODE REGULATING PUBLIC CONTRACTING AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 9:00 AM, in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room. This will be the time and place for all interested persons to appear and present testimony on the proposed ordinance. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection at the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners Office located at 66 SE D Street, Madras, Oregon and on the Jefferson County website at www.co.jefferson.or.us.
