NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EXEMPTION FROM COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUIREMENT Portland Public School District No.1J, Multnomah County, (District) has scheduled a public hearing at 6:00 PM on January 29, 2019, at the Blanchard Education Service Center Board Room, 501 N. Dixon Street, Portland OR 97227. This public hearing is for the purpose of hearing comments on the District’s Draft Findings for an exemption from the Competitive Bidding Requirement for the following work: Security Upgrades. The District intends to compete this work through Alternative Contracting Methods (Request for Proposals) as per the District’s Public Contracting Rules PPS-49-0600 through PPS-49-0690.
