This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 501.03(C), 1004.01, 1012 and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. DOCKET C-01-19/SDR-01-19, a request by Marty Doerschlag for conditional use and site design review for a tasting room on a tract with 43 acres of vineyard. The parcel is identified as Tax Lots 2327-1800 & 2200 and is located at 20915 NE Kings Grade Rd, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.04(G), 402.07(A), 1101.02 and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance.
