METRO SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE CENTRAL CITY TRANSIT CAPACITY ANALYSIS Bids due: Feb. 19, 2019 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 3624 Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for Services to Support the Central City Transit Capacity Analysis Metro will consider placing a funding measure on the ballot in November of 2020 that, if passed, would fund a variety of transportation projects throughout the region. The purpose of the Central City Transit Capacity Analysis is to provide sufficient information for local partners to consider including funds to further study the project in the potential regional measure, and to provide information for voters considering the measure. Details are included in the solicitation document. Pre-Proposal Conference The voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 600 N.E. Grand Avenue, Room 370A on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 2:30 pm. The meeting will have two purposes: 1. to introduce COBID firms to potential prime contractors to explore contracting and subcontracting opportunities, and 2. to provide interested proposers and subcontractors an opportunity to gain information about the RFP requirements. Sealed submissions are due no later than 2:00 p.m. February 19, 2019 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3624.
