Public Notice The Madras Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2017/2018 annual report. It is on file at City Hall and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2017/2018, the Agency received $380,684 in property tax revenue. Expenditures from FY 2017/2018 were $426,764 and $40,383 for the general fund and reinvestment fund respectively. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2018/2019 are $383,900. The 2018/2019 budget includes $612,044, $880,734 and $140,483 in resources for the TIF fund, Project Fund, and Program Income Fund respectively and $612,044, $880,734, and $140,483 in requirements for the TIF fund, Project Fund, and Program Income Fund respectively. The estimated impact of carrying out the urban renewal plan on the tax collections for the preceding year for all taxing districts is shown in the table below.
