NOTICE OF PROPOSED STREET VACATION Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, at a regular meeting held on February 5, 2019 adopted Resolution 19-05, declaring the intent of the City Council to initiate proceedings to vacate a portion public right-of-way located along the northwesterly portion of Boones Ferry Road. Petitioner: City of Lake Oswego Description of the Street Area to be Vacated: A portion of a public street right-of-way located along the northwesterly side of Boones Ferry Road at 16463, 16464 and 16455 Boones Ferry Road (Tax Lots 21E07DD00100 and 00200). Comments or any objections to the proposed vacation of the described right-of-way will be heard by the City Council at a public hearing scheduled during the March 5, 2019 City Council meeting. This meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 380 A Avenue. Written testimony may be filed with the City Recorder until 12:00 p.m. on March 5, 2019 at , in person at 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego or by mail at PO Box 369, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. If the City Council approves the street vacation, it will enact Ordinance 2814 implementing the street vacation.
