NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The undersigned, Integrity Properties, LLC, hereinafter called the Lien Claimant, pursuant to the provisions of ORS 87.162 through ORS 87.206, inclusive, claims and has a possessory lien upon articles of personal property particularly described as follows: to-wit: All personal property located at 1145 Industrial Parkway, Unit D, Newberg OR 97132, including but not limited to automotive tools and parts, lifts, an excavator, welders, a compressor, and miscellaneous other items used in an automotive customization shop, collectively hereinafter called chattels (except wearing apparel), for rent, and/or lease payment arrearages established as a result of Lien Debtor’s tenancy and occupancy within the premises of Lien Claimant. The actual or reputed owner of the personal property, herein hereinafter called Lien Debtor, is Nick Storm, whose last known address is 1595 NE 17th Street, McMinnville, OR 97128, was the tenant or obligor of rents due under a certain Commercial Lease dated August 1, 2017. The agreed rental amount due and owing to Claimant as of March 13, 2019, is $12,625.00. Said amount was comprised of: (i) $1,750.00 for the November, 2018, rent; $75.00 for the November, 2018, late fee; (ii) $1,750.00 for the December, 2018, rent; $75.00 for the December, 2018, late fee; (iii) $1,750.00 for the January, 2019, rent; $75.00 for the January, 2019, late fee; (iv) $1,750.00 for the February, 2019, rent; $75.00 for the February, 2019, late fee; (v) $1,750.00 for the March, 2019, rent; $75.00 for the March, 2019, late fee; (vi) $500.00 for paint booth rent; and (vii) $3,000.00 for attorney’s fees. No part of said charges or rental payments have been paid. The total amount of Claimant’s lien claim is $12,625.00 as of March 13, 2019, plus additional fees and costs incurred and continuing to date of sale. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to said Lien Debtor and to whom it may concern that on April 15, 2019, Claimant will proceed to sell the above described chattels at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, in Yamhill County, Oregon, where Claimant obtained possession thereof, at the following place in said county, to-wit: 1145 Industrial Parkway, Unit D, Newberg OR 97132 at the hour of 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. The name of the person foreclosing the lien is Integrity Properties, LLC, Lien Claimant. All of the above information is incorporated into the Notice of Sale by reference. Lien Claimant shall have the right to bid at the sale.
