REQUEST FOR BIDS Deschutes Valley Water District Turbine Replacement Project (Manufacture and Delivery of a Turbine and Associated Equipment) Due 2:00 PM, April 8, 2019 Deschutes Valley Water District in Madras, Oregon, is accepting sealed bids for the manufacture and delivery (DDP) of a water turbine and associated equipment. Installation will not be required. Bids must be received by 2 p.m. local time on April 8, 2019, at the office of the General Manager, and thereafter will be opened publicly and read. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bid on or before April 23, 2018. Madras, Oregon 97741 Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Late bids will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. A copy of the bid form and specifications may be obtained beginning Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at the Deschutes Valley Water District. Deschutes Valley Water District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon finding of the District that it is in the public interest to do so.
