PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Union Pacific intends to construct a telecommunications monopole tower with an approximate overall height of 65 ft. with associated equipment at the following locations in Multnomah County, Oregon within the railroad right-of-way: — SIG0550.OR.01 Site (Mile Post 15.9), located approx. 0.15 miles S/SE of Crown Point Hwy, Jordan Road and Sandy River Side Road, City of Troutdale (Coordinates: 45.542131 / -122.380911). — SIG0549.OR.01 Site (Mile Post 15.45), located approx. 0.05 miles NW of the intersection of the E/W Historic Columbia River Hwy and Graham Road (SW 257th Avenue), City of Troutdale (Coordinates: 45.541478 / -122.391037). — SIG0551.OR.01 Site (Mile Post 13.2), located approx. 0.04 miles NW of the junction of Depot Street and 3rd Street, City of Fairview (Coordinates: 45.540457 / -122.437953). Union Pacific is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
