LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF FORECLOSED PROPERTIES Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Sheriff has been directed by the Crook County Court pursuant to the Court’s Order# 2019-07 of March 6, 2019 to offer for sale at auction the below described Crook County owned real estate interests. The auction will occur on April 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM on the steps of the Crook County Sheriff’s Office at 308 NE 2nd Street, Prineville, Oregon. The properties shall be sold to the highest responsible bidder with the minimum bid being assigned to each parcel as listed below. Bidding shall be oral at public auction or by sealed bid received by the Crook County Court at 300 NE Third St. Prineville, OR 97754 prior to date of auction at the direction of the Crook County Sheriff.
