PORTLAND PUBLIC SCHOOLS SECURITY UPGRADES – PACKAGE 2 Proposals due: May 21, 2019 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SOLICITATION #2019-2549 Portland Public Schools, School District No.1J, Multnomah County, Oregon seeks responses from qualified firms for provision of Security Upgrades. Experienced firms are invited to submit a proposal for consideration by the District. The Request for Proposal documents may be obtained at the PlanetBids website, https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=22555. Firms must be registered with PlanetBids to obtain and download documents; registration is at no cost. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held on the first of five Mandatory full-day site walks to take place April 15-16, 18, 22, and 25, 2019. A bus will leave from Clark/Creative Science School, located at 1231 SE 92nd Ave, Portland OR promptly at 7:05 AM on April 15, 2019. Contractors will meet at the front entrance. The first stop on the first day will be at the first site where a Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will take place at 7:30 AM at Rice School, 6433 NE Tillamook, Portland, OR 97213.
