Notice of Intent to enforce Contractual Requirement for Delivery of Deed

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENFORCE CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENT FOR DELIVERY OF DEED RAYMOND NELSON, Personal Representative for the Estate of Norman A. Bishop, deceased, Multnomah County Circuit Court, Department of Probate, Case No. 18PB03348, 5120 E. Burnside Street, Portland, Oregon 97215, hereby provides notice under the provisions of ORS 93.285 that he intends to enforce the contractual requirement for delivery of a deed of conveyance as provided by the statute. This notice relates to that particular Contract of Sale and the terms and conditions thereof wherein PEARL Q. OLSON was Seller, NORMAN A. BISHOP was Buyer, dated May _____ 1972, and recorded July 19, 1972 in Book 870, Page 189, Records of Multnomah County, Oregon (the Contract). Seller has received full payment and performance of the Contract. Seller or Seller’s successors in interest have failed or refused to provide Buyer with a proper deed of conveyance. Buyer has not instituted a suit or action to enforce the Contract. Buyer has fulfilled all requirements of the Buyer under the Contract. The interest of the Vendor/Seller was subsequently transferred to Robert T. Anderson, Dorothy M. Schwab, Mitchell C. Anderson, Jean E. Jones, Elaine S. Starr, and Glenn E. Anderson in the Estate of Pearl Q. Olson, pursuant to an Order of the Court in Multnomah County Circuit Court, Department of Probate, Case No. 8502-90324. The real property that was sold pursuant to Contract of Sale referenced above, is legally described as: Lot 7, Block 10, KATHARINE, in the City of Portland, Multnomah County, State of Oregon. The name of the Seller as shown of record is: Pearl Q. Olson. The date of first of the first publication of the notice is April 2, 2019. The person to whom the Seller or Seller’s successors in interest must submit an objection to is Raymond Nelson, 5120 E. Burnside Street, Portland, Oregon 97215. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT OBJECTIONS: Seller or Seller’s successors in interest or assignees must submit an objection to the Buyer, within 60 days after the final date of publication of this notice required by ORS 93.285(7)(a) or within 120 days after the date of recording of the notice required by ORS 93.285(3)(b), whichever is later, or the Seller’s interest in the property may be conveyed to the Buyer.
