Wilder, Jr.. Said manufactured dwelling is located at 1500 Gabriela Ct. NE #23, Salem, OR 97301. Said dwelling shall be sold by private bidding, with sealed bids, and in AS IS condition (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Buyers are hereby made aware that the manufactured dwelling being sold was recently involved in a structure fire and may also be subject to outstanding county property taxes and/or liens.
