CITY OF SALEM, OREGON CITY HALL STORE FRONT ENTRANCE REPLACEMENT Bids due: May 14, 2019 @ 2:30 pm INVITATION TO BID The Contracts and Procurement Manager of the City of Salem will receive sealed bids at the Contracts and Procurement Division, 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 330, City Hall, Salem, Oregon 97301, between the hours of 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1 p.m.-5 p.m., but not after 2:30 p.m., (Local Time) Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read in the Public Works Conference Room 325, City Hall, for the project specified herein. Electronic bids will not be accepted. WORK DESCRIPTION: The work includes, but may not be limited to the following: Remove and replace 10 (each) and an additive alternate of an additional 3 (each) aluminum storefront entrances, associated framing, glazing, sealants and hardware at Salem City Hall. PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS: Bidders may obtain the bid documents by registering on the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) website and downloading them.
