Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Jefferson County School District 509-J, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 will be held at the Support Services Building, 445 SE Buff Street, Madras, OR. The meeting will take place on the April 22, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and receive the budget document. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The meeting for public comment will be on May 13, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at the Support Services Building, 445 SE Buff Street, Madras, OR. A copy of the budget document may be inspected on or after April 15, 2019 at the Support Services Building between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or online at http://jcsd.k12.or.us/.
